Thesis: A comparative study of running-technique using Qualisys motion-capture software
Use Qualisys 3D motion capture software and RS Footscan to study running gait in sprinters, middle-distance runners and long-distance runners. Model running gait in Matlab (AR/ARX). Statistical multivariate analysis in R. PCA. Composition of ideal zones for different running gait parameters for different types of runners. Construction of computer-application to help advice athletes on injury prevention and training.
